There's an official webpage for Issei Oda's live-action Warau Mikaeru (or "Warau Michael", if you prefer back-transliterations) here on the website of Albatros K.K. (Arubatorosu K.K.). There's also a production diary (w/ stills) for it here on the website of Huis Ten Bosch K.K. (Hausu Ten Bosu K.K.). The movie is based on the eponymous manga by Izumi Kawahara. It stars Juri Ueno as Fumio Shijô (she also stars in Satoshi Miki's Kame wa igai to hayaku oyogu), Megumi Seki as Kazune Saiki, Airi Taira as Yuzuko Sarashina, and Yûsuke Iseya as Kazuomi Shijô. The cast also includes Aimi Satsukawa, Mitsuki Tanimura, Tomomi Miyashita, Rinako Matsuoka, Kanako Miyauchi, Nanase Iwai, Erina Hayase, Kimiko Fuchiuchi, Haruka Kudô, Natsuki Okamoto, and Aoi.
Albatros plans to release Warau Mikaeru theatrically in Japan some time next year.
Incidentally, in addition to being the director of Warau Mikaeru, Oda is the visual effects supervisor for it.
