Muse Planning has added a copy of a flyer for Hiromu Nakamura's Shinario raitâ ★ Matsumoto Mariko no kadai to its website here. According to the flyer, the movie's principal cast is as follows: Nahomi Matsushima, Nanako Ôkôchi, Naomi Katô, Maki Matsumoto, Rie Emoto, Yôsuke Natsuke, Hiro Matsumoto, Atsuki Katô, Kazuyuki Yamazaki, Toshirô Shimazaki, Tôgo Shimura, Hitoe Ôtake, Tôru Kazama, and Kenji Matsuda. The movie will have a limited-tariff theatrical release in Japan; it's scheduled for late-show screenings at the Shibuya Ciné la sept theater in Tokyo starting on May 21st.
Nakamura is best known as the director of Concrete (Konkurîto) - a.k.a. "Schoolgirl in Cement" - a controversial movie from last year that ultimately was based on the same real-life murder case as Katsuya Matsumura's 1995 movie Concrete-Encased High School Girl Murder Case (Joshikôsei konkurîto-zume satsujin-jiken). He was awarded the Grand Prix at the 5th Indie's Movie Festival (IMF) for his movie In My Mind (In mai maindo). Other past Grand Prix recipients include Ryûhei Kitamura (Versus, Sky High, Godzilla: Final Wars, etc.) at the 1st IMF for his movie Down to Hell, and Hiroki Yamaguchi (Hellevator: The Bottled Fools) at the 2nd IMF for his movie Midnight Viscera (Shin'ya zôki).
