The movie is scheduled to be released theatrically in Japan by Wise Policy on September 3. It was produced by Dream Stage Pictures (Dorîmu Sutêji Pikuchâzu) - an "affiliate company" of Dream Stage Entertainment K.K. (K.K. Dorîmu Sutêji Entâteinmento), which runs the Pride Fighting Championships. The screenplay for it was written by Kazuhiko Ban, based on a story by Yûichirô Tanaka. Its principal cast includes Hiroshi Tamaki, Asami Mizukawa (she's also in Kunio Torii's Madamada abunai deka), Takanori Jinnai, Eisuke Sasai (he was in Katsuya Matsumura's Concrete-Encased High School Girl Murder Case (Joshikôsei konkurîto-zume satsujin-jiken)), Mitsuki Koga (he plays Shinjirô Hayashida in Yûdai Yamaguchi's Sakigake!! Cromartie High School - The Movie (Sakigake!! Kuromati Kôkô - The Movie)), Kazushi Sakuraba, Wanderlei Silva (Vandarei Shiuba), Yoshihiro Takayama (he plays Yutaka Takenouchi in Yamaguchi's Sakigake!! Cromartie High School - The Movie), Quinton Jackson (Kuinton Jakuson), Don Frye (Don Furai), Christian Storms (Kurisuchan Sutômuzu), Shôhei Terada, and Yûichirô Tanaka.
