The screenplay for Goy was written by Kersting and Schaumburg. The movie stars Christopher Kriesa, Matthias Hues, Al Ruscio, Christopher Mitchum, Blair Redford, Yvonne Zima, Keith Stone, Eric McIntire, Kamilla Bjorlin, Candace Moon, Billy Million, Marcel Neumüller, Nani Laura Freitas, Kerstin Linnartz, David Reinpracht, Chris Hainka, and Sebastian Rockefeller.

Here's a synopsis for Goy from the production: "On the evening of August 15, 1995, Nick Rosenberg and his girlfriend Laura Faulkner arrive at a small hotel in the Everglades, Florida to celebrate the 80th birthday of the famous physician Dr. George Rosenberg. At the same time, it's a family reunion for Nick and his siblings, whom he hasn't seen since the death of their parents years ago. Initially, it's a pleasant reunion. Shortly after the first hotel employee mysteriously disappears, however, the Rosenbergs realize that they're the target of a bloody revenge. Nick fights for his family's survival. Then, an evil lie from the past comes to light..."
