Sushi Typhoon And Rue Morgue Team Up For SPLATTER MATTERS: A Screening Series Benefitting The Earthquake Relief Fund
I'll let this one speak for itself:

Rue Morgue and Sushi Typhoon team up for Splatter Matters benefit tour

Toronto, CANADA - RUE MORGUE, the world's leading horror in culture and entertainment magazine, and SUSHI TYPHOON, a new film label formed last year by Nikkatsu Corporation, assembling the best genre filmmakers from Japan, are teaming up with theatres across North America beginning this month for SPLATTER MATTERS, a multi city benefit film tour in support of recovery efforts focusing on the devastation of the Tohoku Earthquake of March 11th and the subsequent tsunami, via Japan Society's Japan Earthquake Relief Fund (japansociety.org/earthquake)

Premiering this April 28 in New York and including stops in Texas, Vancouver, Edmonton, Ottawa, Philadelphia, Saskatoon and Toronto (more TBA), the tour will showcase a variety of Sushi Typhoon's high-energy splatter comedies, including HELLDRIVER, KARATE-ROBO ZABORGAR, MUTANT GIRLS SQUAD and ALIEN VS NINJA. Programmers across North America will be participating in the screenings through the support of Sushi Typhoon, with a portion of the box office proceeds donated to the Relief Fund. Limited edition posters for the event, courtesy of Rue Morgue designers Gary Pullin and Justin Erickson, will also be for sale at the screenings, with proceeds going to the Relief Fund.
