LAKE NOWHERE: Watch This Exclusive Clip From the Retro Slasher
Christopher Phelps and Maxim Van Scoy's retro slasher flick Lake Nowhere is hitting DVD, Blu-ray and VOD today, on August 16th. BRINKvision is responsible for bringing this wonderful little throwback to a screen near you and to mark the occasion we have a clip to share with you.
When a group of friends arrive at a desolate lakeside cabin, they are stalked and murdered by a Masked Maniac, whose lust for blood transcends our world. This age-old tale of senseless slaughter quickly spirals into the realm of supernatural horror and classic monster movies, as we learn the true power that lies within LAKE NOWHERE.
The clip introduces only a couple of the lambs being led to the slaughter and if we showed you that it would take the fun out of watching it. Instead, we get a bum. A white pastey bum and a lot of howling.

Directors Christopher Phelps and Max Van Scoy clearly have a love of genre films. The kills and the gore are usually pretty great when the film gets going. Just like an older film, the plot takes its time to advance. There's some fat to trim, but once you get to the meat, Lake Nowhere is a tasty dish.
