Frontières@Fantasia: Fantasia Alumni Return, First Wave Of Market Titles Announced

The countdown is on as the Fantasia International Film Festival approaches this July and the Frontieres Co-production Market is always a highlight for us at ScreenAnarchy. As the co-production market continues to grow in size and it’s influence can be seen around the World it is always nice to come back to the home turf.

Fantasia alumni are returning en masse this year. There will be new projects from the filmmakers behind Frankenstein’s Army, JeruZalem, He Never Died and Let Us Prey.

There will also be a number of debut and sophomore features presented at the Market, backed by plenty of experience in television and short film formats for some, And now it is time to go to the larger feature film format.

And for the first time in the market two television series will be pitched; House of Psychotic Women based on the book by Canadian author Kier-la Janisse (Satanic Panic) and Untold Horror  from Dave Alexander, editor-in-chief of Rue Morgue magazine.

You can read the full press release below. There are no descriptions for any of these first wave projects. We will be there bright and too early that first Thursday morning as the Market kicks off with the pitch sessions and will report back to you the ones that made the biggest impressions.
