Watch Shimizu's Complete NIGHTCRY Short And Support The Video Game!

It was about three weeks ago that we first wrote about NightCry, a new video game project from Clock Tower creator Kono Hifumi with The Grudge director Shimizu Takashi on board as a creative producer while also directing a short film tied into the NightCry world. We had a teaser for the film back then but with a Kickstarter campaign now launched to raise funding for the game the full Shimizu helmed short film has been released and is available or viewing below!

This is a bit of an all star project for game fans with Silent Hill designer Ito Masahiro, Final Fantasy XII and XIV art director Arai Kiyoshi, Metal Gear Solid and Halo composer Toda Nobuko all on board, while Appleseed and Space Pirate Captain Harlock film director Aramaki Shinji is also chipping in visual design.
