New GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY Trailer Takes An Epic Approach
With just over a month before Marvel Studios unleashes Guardians Of The Galaxy on us, a new UK trailer is unveiled to reinforce the epic scope of what lays in store, as well as give us plenty of context as to who is responsible.

James Gunn helms this first outing for the interstellar exploits of Peter Quill (Chris Pratt) and a mismatched team of convicts - including a murderer, maniac, talking raccoon and walking tree - on a mission to save the galaxy from something really big and evil. Guardians is also charged with somehow tying the Earthbound events of The Avengers saga so far into the broader canvas we can expect in next year's Age Of Ultron

This new trailer pulls back on the laughs that have dominated previous peeks somewhat, to deliver something a little more straight-laced for the mainstream summer crowds less familiar with these characters, while also giving the Bradley Cooper-voiced Rocket Raccoon more screen time to establish himself. Got that? Okay, check it out.

aka: how NOT to market your quirky sci-fi comedy.

Sorry, I still can't buy Bradley Cooper as Rocket Raccoon. He sounds like he's trying to do an impression of Bruce Willis. A really tired and bored Bruce Willis.

I feel like I've seen this movie before. Many times. And Rocket is incredibly annoying.
