Regular readers of ScreenAnarchy should recognize the name of Anthony Scott Burns by this point, the Toronto based director and VFX artist having blown our minds with work like this. And like this. A huge visual talent, Burns made an appearance at Fantastic Fest 2013 with his latest work - a noir inflected scifi short titled Manifold.
