With the sequel to horror anthology The ABCs Of Death now under way and the submission deadline to take a crack at claiming the letter M for your very own arriving today, we figured now is a good moment to look back over the submissions. With over 350 short films submitted - that's more than double the number of entries for the first film - this selection just barely scratches the surface but they do represent 26 of our favorites. Some are creepy, some are disgusting, some are hilarious, some are all of the above.

Check out the complete range of entries here and let us know if we've missed any!

Loved MAESTRO, really liked METALHEAD, laughed my head off at the German MENSTRUATION, and was impressed with DON'T, I mean MACABRE.

A sequel!? Really? Ugh. This movie was REALLY bad. Had about as much creativity and thought put into it as the crap I took this morning; now that was something truly scary!

My personal favorite is "M is for MAMA"!
FULL DISCLOSURE: I wrote and produced it with my wife, directed it with a crew of 8–including myself and the actors–for about 100 bucks, yet I am very proud of the result, which you can see here:

I loved M IS FOR MISDIRECTION () Starring Helen Rogers from V/H/S and the little JACK ATTACK.

Funny little twist and amazing images!

I really love "M Is For Marmalade". http://26th.abcsofdeathpart2.c...

Terrific acting, great writing (there's an awesome monologue in it), and beautifully done (Stu Maschwitz wrote a blog post about colorizing it which is really fascinating: http://26th.abcsofdeathpart2.c....

I loved "M Is For Marmalade" (http://26th.abcsofdeathpart2.c... ), and fell more in love with it after seeing all the care and attention that went into it in a post on Stu Maschwitz's blog about the colorization choices ( The acting is fantastic, the writing is creepy (there's a compelling voiceover monologue through most of the short), and it is beautifully shot and colored. Definitely worth watching.

M is for Mrs. Claus is pretty disturbing, and the ending is riDICKulous. But honestly, pretty much all of the M is for's are sick. That's the idea right?
