Rick Baker Shows How It's Done!

A few days ago, special effects make-up maestro Rick Baker posted a video on YouTube, in which he shows what he can do to himself in just one hour. Timelapsed to just under nine minutes, this is a rare behind-the-scenes peek at cinema magic being created on the spot.

Rick Baker is a legend in his profession, responsible for the practical make-up effects in films as An American Werewolf in London, Videodrome, The Frighteners, Men In Black, and the Michael Jackson video for Thriller. He also designed the astonishing "black" make-up for Robert Downey Jr. in Tropic Thunder. And it is mesmerizing to watch this master at work.
