Carol is a reporter who suffers a strange disease which leaves her with no fear of
anything. She works making reports in places where it is rumored that
there is paranormal activity with the intention of dismantle these
rumors. A sort of "Man Vs Wild" of the paranormal.
For those concerned with such things the disease referenced is Urbach-Wiethe syndrome
