Gary Oldman To Fight Those Damn, Dirty Apes In DAWN OF THE PLANET OF THE APES

Bigger. Hairier. Apier. Matt Reeves is bringing the apes back to the big screen in Dawn Of The Planet Of The Apes and his cast just got a high profile boost - not that it particularly needs it - with word that Gary Oldman has signed up to join Jason Clarke, Andy Serkis and Kodi Smit-McPhee.

The film will be set fifteen years following Rise Of The Planet Of The Apes with humanity not doing so well in the struggle against their future simian overlords. Oldman will play a leader of the human resistance.
