One Wizard, No Hobbits In First Poster For Peter Jackson's THE HOBBIT

Director Peter Jackson has wrapped production on his second go-round through Middle Earth and will be presenting materials from his pair of film adaptations of Tolkein's The Hobbit at the San Diego Comic Con. Part of that presentation will include, no doubt, the poster art above, which includes no hobbits at all.

The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey releases December 14th of this year with The Hobbit: There And Back Again following December 13 of 2013.
