TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES Reboot Shut Down 'Indefinitely'
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles fans who decried Michael Bay's plans to put an alien spin on the turtle origins, you may have just gotten your wish to see the characters left alone granted. And then some.

The Hollywood Reporter has broken word that the upcoming, live action, big screen reboot of the popular characters has been shut down, with Paramount pulling the plug and laying off the Vancouver based staff who had already been hard at work on pre-production. At issue, apparently, is a script that the studio had no confidence in. Will the Jonathan Liebesman directed film be able to rebound? It has happened in these circumstances before but, more often than not, when projects get shut down like this they stay shut down.

YES, HALLELUJAH!!! They have saved the turtles from being ruined by Michael bay's blasphemous idea of making them into aliens, to which THEY ARE NOT!

one day if they are to ever attemp to make a turtles movie, they had better damn keep true to their origins with respect as MUTANT ninja turtles.

Michael Bay should NEVER be allowed near another movie camera again! After the Transformers travesty, I wouldn't even allow him into Hollywood.
