Documentarian and short filmmaker Jay Cheel (
Beauty Day, Colore Non Vedenti and the upcoming
How To Build A Time Machine) posted a new short doc today on his Vimeo page detailing how his friends play the popular board game
Settlers of Catan. Those who follow his regular podcast on
Filmjunk.com might know Gerry Eng (aka Reed Farrington) who takes center stage in this doc and talks about his experience playing the game with his friends. As per usual Gerry's tales are hilarious and Cheel's beautiful cinematography makes the film look better than it has any right to be.
