Promo Teaser For Albert Pyun's CYBORGS: RISE OF THE SLINGERS
Cult director Albert Pyun continues to revisit his past titles. Last year Pyun released Tales Of An Ancient Empire, a sequel to his 1982 debut The Sword And The Sorcerer, and he is now gearing up production on Cyborgs: Rise Of The Slingers.

A prequel to Pyun's director's cut of the 1989 Jean Claude Van Damme star vehicle, Cyborgs is written by Cynthia Curnan and will cover the origins of this post-apocalyptic culture.

Shooting now in Las Vegas, Pyun promises a summer completion and has released a brief promo to show what he's up to.

Every time you start to think "Uwe Boll is as bad as it gets," you're reminded, "Oh yeah. There's this guy..."

I guess Pyun didn't learn from Angelina Jolie that unnecessary leg shots are dumb.

It's good to see that Pyun lives with his time and has changed his legendary colour filters for blue screen effects. It's a very promising teaser and I hope the movie will not disappoint us.
