WTF of the day. Unarmed and Dangerous aka Kung Fu Flid
First off, I don't know what the hell a "Flid" is but I'm guessing it has something to do with this film's main actor's physical condition. You see this is an action film starring a man living with the condition known as phocomelia which render both his arms almost useless, very small and resembling featherless chicken wings if we want to be brutally honest.
But the actor involved is Mat Fraser, an actor and performance artist and a seasoned martial artist so my guess is that he is able to use his feet to kick your ass from here to next week.
Here's what the production description has to say:

One of the most controversial martial arts movies ever - Mat Fraser plays an expert in Kung Fu whose wife is shot and his child kidnapped, but they were messing with the wrong man. A strong cast including Terry Stone (Rise Of The Footsoldier/Doghouse), Faye Tozer (Steps) and Frank Harper (Lock Stock & Two Smoking Barrels/The Football Factory) give sterling performances in this dark, violent movie, with no holding back, Unarmed But Dangerous delivers in all ways - if you like violence, blood, guts and, then you will love the Unarmed But Dangerous . Definitely not for the faint hearted, women or children, be warned, this film pulls no punches!!!

'Flid' is slang for Thalidomide. That was the drug prescribed for morning sickness in pregnant women in the late 50s/early sixties that caused a range of disabilities commonly including phocomelia.

Inspired by Crippled Avengers?

I guess the hero really "pulls no punches!!!" Will there be a line about the villain being unable to be defeated by the hands of man? This movie has marketing groan all over it.

Mat Fraser also starred in Stranger Hero - kung fu adventure series from 2008 - shown at last years Fantastic Fest in Austin
