Bradley Cooper Out Of THE CROW
Well, thank you Satan and Alex Proyas.

We have been openly baffled by the casting of Bradley Cooper in the Juan Carlos Fresnadillo directed reboot of The Crow but now it appears that won't be an issue. According to The Hollywood Reporter Cooper has just dropped off the project due to a scheduling conflict with his role as Lucifer in Proyas' Paradise Lost.

Hold the celebration, though, Crow fans. It may not get any better. According to that same report the two most likely replacements are Channing Tatum and Mark Wahlberg. Other than being too old I actually think Wahlberg could be interesting - the man brings an interesting fusion of religion and violence to the table - but Tatum makes me cringe.

Both are very speculative choices, regardless, as both are also facing pretty jammed up dance cards. So while we're in the market for a new Eric Draven why not indulge in some speculation of our own. Joseph Gordon Levitt, anyone? Jared Leto? Who would you want to see in the part?
