Watch The First Footage From Eric Khoo's TATSUMI
We first brought word of Eric Khoo's upcoming animated feature Tatsumi - a film adaptation of the works of manga artist Yoshihiro Tatsumi - back in February and now a detailed Making Of feature has arrived online including several examples of actual footage from the film.
The goal of all involved here was to create as faithful an adaptation of Tatsumi's work as was humanly possible, to make the film feel as though the images had just stepped off of the page, and they appear to have succeeded.
The author of A Drifting Life, Tatsumi is widely considered one of the greatest graphic novelists who has ever lived and hopefully this will bring his work to a new audience. Check the clips below.
