How manic is the first trailer for Gainax's Panty And Stocking With Garterbelt - a series described over at Anime Nation as "Powerpuff Girls with sex"? So manic that I do believe it could actually cause ADD in those who watch it. Guh. This actually appeared last week but I was so caught up with Toronto Film Festival preparations that I didn't actually look at it until now, while procrastinating from writing yet another TIFF film review. But I digress. The art actually looks quite fun but, good lord do I ever hope they tone down the editing. Check it below.
