Images from Tartakovsky's latest: Sym-Bionic Titan
Woo-hoo! Genndy Tartakovsky's new series Sym-Bionic Titan is becoming a tangible reality, as more images spill onto the interwebs!

Produced for the Cartoon Network, the show is being pitched as "an exciting hybrid of high-school drama and giant robot battles" and the images below definitely embody that premise.

The images are courtesy of artist Kevin Dart's blog, which also mentions that we'll be seeing a lot more of Sym-Bionic Titan after Tartakovsky's San-Diego Comic-Con panel next Saturday. Hopefully some news about the Samurai Jack feature will follow. For now feast your eyes on the images below and check out Kevin Dart's blog for even more vistas.

Can't wait for this. A huge fan of Tartakovsky since samurai jack. His work on the BETTER clone wars series remains one of the finest in the Star Wars canon.

Overall though, i'm holding out for a Samurai Jack feature.

I am a huge, huge, huge, HUGE fan of his and I hadn't even heard of this. I grew up watching Dexter's Lab and my kid brother was deeply into Samurai Jack so I definitely dug that too. And I could never really bother with the newer Clone Wars stuff after I found out he wasn't going to be handling things. That first set of shorts is incredibly fun. So yeah, something to get me to tune into CN again, I guess. This looks it'll be up there with his other stuff.
