"Hero" has dominated the Japanese Box Office for a seventh straight week. Three new movies debut this week - The Adam Shankman/John Travolta remake of "Hairspray", the Robert De Niro/Matt Damon CIA movie "The Good Shepherd" and the Oliver Hirschbiege/Nicole Kidman remake of "Invasion (of the Body Snatchers)".

Other "road show" films making their Japanese debuts later this month are the Neil Jordan/Jodie Foster "Death Wish" inspired "Brave One" (10/27), Roger Michel's "Venus" starring the legendary Peter O'Toole (10/27) and Andrei Kravchuk's "Italianetz" (renamed "Kono Michi Wa Haha E To Tsuzuku"/I Continue To Walk This Path With My Mother).
