Update on Noboru Iguchi's CAT-EYED BOY (NEKOME KOZÔ)

The screenplay for Cat-Eyed Boy (Nekome kozô) was written by Mana Yasuda, based on the eponymous manga serial by Kazuo Umezu (a.k.a. Kazuo Umezz). The movie stars Miku Ishida, Hiromasa Taguchi, Ryûji Sainei, Naoto Takenaka, Asami Kumakiri, Shirô Tsubuyaki, Kanji Tsuda, and Eriko Nakamura.

Art Port K.K. (K.K. Âto Pôto) released Cat-Eyed Boy theatrically in Japan on June 10th. It released the movie on sale DVD in Japan on October 28th, in both a limited edition 3-disc box set (DB-0008) and a standard edition (DB-0009); the former is an Amazon Japan K.K. exclusive. Both DVD releases are being distributed by Shochiku Co. Ltd. (Shôchiku K.K.).
